This blanket is inspired by a 1908 photograph taken by historic photographer Edward S. Curtis. It contains geometric elements that embody earth and sky, with mountains and patterns for wheat, grass and seed. The crosses symbolize the four directions.
Royalties from the sale of American Indian College Fund blankets go directly to provide scholarships for more than 5,000 tribal students yearly.
